GENealogy

Ian Pidgeon's Genealogy Project
for Pidgeon, Pidgen, Pigeon, etc

My Ancestors

These are my parants, grandparenrs, great-grandparents, etc. All my genes come from them - shared 50/50 at each generation. Some are from families with fairly common names, such as Davies, Jackson, Bell, Lloyd and Fletcher. Others are from families with much rarer names than Pidgeon, such as Yarr, Fowden, Yearsley and Baskervyle (or Baskerville). On my father's side most are families of Stockport, Cheshire or Shropshire (after my 3x-great-grandfather Henry arrived there from Devon). On my mother's side they came from either mid-Cheshire or Ireland.
