This area covers the counties of Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire. Pidgeon families can be found living in the region in the mid-16th century, when parish records were first introduced.

The Pidgeons of Badsey, Worcestershire can be traced from the earliest records in 1539 through to present-day families living in England, Australia and the USA. Those of Charlecote and Hampton Lucy in Warwickshire, however, cannot be traced beyond 1728, but others appeared at nearby places in Warwickshire, and a family from Whatcote can be traced to the present day Pidgeons of Adlestrop and Kingham. The relationship between the family trees which can be linked is as follows:
