The Pidgeons of Great Torrington, Devon

Henry Pidgeon was born in 1782 at Awliscombe, the son of John Pidgeon and Ann Saunders (see the Pidgeons of Awliscombe family tree).  In 1806 he married Anna Lowman of Honiton in London.  They settled at Great Torrington in North Devon. The Pidgeon name has now died out from this branch, but ancestors of one of their daughters moved to South Wales and St Louis, Missouri, USA.
