The Pidgeons of Market Drayton

Thomas Pidgeon married Ann Rennots (or Reynolds) at Market Drayton in 1762.  But where did he come from?  He was probably born about 1740, or earlier.  After ruling out those Thomas Pidgeons who he could not have been, the most likely candidate is the son of William Pidgeon and Rebecca Medlicot of Upton Magna, who was born there in 1732, (see the Pidgeons of Upton Magna, Branch-1 family tree.)

Note:      ab. = about,  b. = born,  bp. = baptised,  bu. = buried,  d. = died,  m. = married,  (+) - extramarital relationship

Mkt D = Market Drayton                      Places in italics = Registration districts
