The Pidgeons of Shifnal

William Piggin and Mary Fields were married at Shifnal in 1683.  It is possible, but not certain (because surviving Shifnal parish records start only in 1678), that William was born at Upton Magna in 1655 (see the PIDGEONs of Upton Magna family tree).  Likewise, it is possible, but not certain, that their son William married Dorothy Steventon at Market Drayton in 1710.
