The Pidgeons of Winchcombe - Birmingham branch

Samuel Pidgeon and Mary Phillips were married at Winchcombe in 1825.  Although Samuel was born at Wellington, Shropshire it is believed that he was the son of Samuel Pidgeon of Winchcombe (1773-1849) – see the Pidgeons of Winchcombe family tree.  Samuel and Mary produced 6 sons and 6 daughters, and moved to Birmingham, Warwick-shire around 1835.  One of their sons Enos emigrated to Australia, where large families continued to flourish.
