PIDGEONs of Bristol (William Farnell)

William Farnell Pidgeon was born in Bristol, England in 1820, the son of Samuel Pidgeon and his wife Mary. In 1840, he married Mary Ann Cornock. She bore him 4 children, but died shortly afterwards in 1854, William remarried in 1855, and his second wife, Hester Good bore him 2 sons, but both she and the second son died in 1861. Several years later in 1873, William married yet again. His third wife, Sara Ann Alway was 20 years younger than he, bore him 3 daughters and survived him.

The Pidgeon name in this family is dying out. The surviving Pidgeons are either females or men in their 50s.
